FDS Tents offers several types of tents. The type of tent you need is determined by the number of people you wish to accommodate, the additional elements you are going to incorporate (food and beverage service, band or DJ, dance floor, etc.), the location and layout requirements, and your individual style.
Tents are basically divided into two categories: pole tents and frame tents. Pole tents have poles for support in the center of the tent as well as the perimeter. Frame tents have metal frames on which the tops are placed with poles around the perimeter of the tent.
Century Tents are distinguished by their high tip peaks. Our Century Tents are pole tents with 25’ high peaks and are 60’ wide. Century Tents range in size from 60’ x 70’ to 60’ x 130’ or larger. View Century Tents
Elite Tents are pole tents that also have high peaks and are available in 20’, 30’ and 40’ widths. The lengths can range from 20’ to 120’. View Elite Tents
Frame tents are the tent of choice for tent locations on asphalt or other hard surfaces or when space is limited. Frame tents also provide an unobstructed view inside the tent. Our frame tents range in size from 9’ x 10’ to 30’ x 70’+ and for certain situations, several frame tents can be connected to create interesting layouts or to accommodate larger groups. Marquees are small frame tents (i.e. 9’ x 10’) that are often used to connect tents to buildings or other tents, create walkways, or used for a specific purpose (i.e., provide space for beverage service, provide space for DJ, to house portable toilets). Several marquees can be connected together as needed. View Marquees
There are also many lighting, decorative, and functional options to consider when tenting. Please see Tenting Accessories for details.
